If I experience technical difficulties during a course, who do I contact?
Answer
Notify your instructor immediately that you are experiencing technical difficulties and make arrangements to complete necessary coursework until a resolution is found. Verify that you have correctly completed the browser analyzer found on the iCollege login page first. If you are experiencing difficulties with your iCollege username, password or log in issues, email the GPC Service Desk or call them at 678-891-3460.
