Frequently Asked Questions
GPC/Web password: Employees use this one for Email and PC login (includes webmail) or your Laptop if thatís what you use (personal laptops are not included) faculty and department web pages, lab logins, ESAMS, SMARTS, phone directory or any log in pages on the web for GPC. Students use this one for logging into Campus Wi-Fi, PCís in the labs or the LRC. To change your GPC/Web password, please visit
www.gpc.edu/getmylogin, fill out the required information and click on the
"change this password" link, which you will find right under the GPC web password displayed there. When it asks for your username and password, please login with the initial password and username provided.
iCollege password: iCollege login page only. To change your iCollege password, please log in to iCollege with the initial password provided on the getmylogin page (www.gpc.edu/getmylogin), then click on the "change password" tab located on the upper right-hand corner of the page. You can change your password from there.
SIS password: SIS login only. To change the password, log in to SIS and follow the instructions or to reset if its locked please see topic #5.
SIS admin (Banner): SIS admin login only. To change your password, log in to SIS admin and in the upper right corner there is a "change password link".
At Your Service: At Your Service login only.
If you want to change your password, here are the criteria that qualifies as a secure strong password; it must contain at least 8 characters or more and be at least 3 of the following 4 choices:
- 1. Uppercase letters
- 2. lowercase letters
- 3. Special characters like *&%$#@)(?_-,.Ē:;+=
- 4. Numbers
