What happens when I call the helpdesk?
Answer
The Helpdesk phone number is 678-891-3460. If you call Monday through Thursday 7AM- 7PM, Friday 7 AM - 5 PM or Saturday - Sunday 12PM - 5 PM, you will talk to one of our friendly Helpdesk Technicians.
If you call after those hours you will drop to our voicemail system
