What is the attendance policy in an Online course?
Answer
Please check the Academic Calendar for the dates of the No-Show period. You will need to submit the "No Show Quiz" in each of your classes to be counted for attendance and to gain access to the rest of the class materials. If you do not submit the "No Show Quiz" during the attendance period for your class, you will be subject to being "No Showed".
Beyond that,each instructor will define the course's attendance policy. Normally, attendance is defined as participation in certain online activities (chat rooms, bulletin boards, e-mail). Please refer to your course syllabus for specific attendance information.
