| Are there any exceptions to the immunization requirements? |

Yes. The following conditions may exempt a student from the required immunizations:
A health care provider may submit a written statement prohibiting immunization because of temporary or permanent medical conditions.
An applicant may be exempt from immunizations by signing a form to declare their intent to enroll in online classes only.
An applicant may be exempt from immunizations by affirming that immunizations are in conflict with his/her religious beliefs. There is no expiration date on an immunization exemption for religious beliefs.
