| When are the email reminders being sent to students participating in the Rent-A-Text program? |
| Answer |
The dates will be 10, 7, 3, and 1 days prior to due date to all customers who have an outstanding rental. We also will send an email one day after their rental is due as a last attempt effort to get the outstanding rental book checked in.
