How much can I borrow?
Answer
A dependent undergraduate can borrow up to $5,500 as a freshman and $6,500 as a sophomore. In addition, an independent undergraduate can borrow up to an additional $4,000 as a freshman/sophomore. However, please refer to your award letter to determine how much you are eligible to borrow.
