Question
I have been awarded financial aid and am eligible for the book allowance, but I do not have a book allowance on my account – Why?
Answer
Please contact the Student Accounts office to determine if you have authorized the use of your financial aid refund to be placed on your JCard to be used as a book allowance. If you have an existing authorization, please contact the Financial Aid office to review your file.
